At this meetir�g, disc�assions centered on �he Arden Hi[fs City Counci! <br />resolution disapqro�ina the fina� layaut for the I-69�4 at TH 51 and TH 10 project tk�at was suf�mitted <br />by MnIDOT. In that letter, Arden Hi1Es denied M�nicipaE Consent with �4 conditions. Mn1��T is <br />resubrnittir�g information periaining to i�e r�egotiation �rocess to try to obtain M�nici�al Conseni on <br />this project. Mr�IDOT wil! continue working with you and Arden Hills city staff to narraw aur <br />differences and reach agreement on �nany, i# no� all, issues. In doing so, f am opiimistic the 14 <br />condiiions can be resolved based an our discussions on February 9, 201'�. <br />Conditions from Arden Hifls: <br />1— The City requesfs fhat the revised traffic data ouflined in fhe MnDOT letter dated September <br />14, 2010 be added ta the approved layout. <br />MnIDOT responselstatement — Completed and attac�ed. Mn/DOT has added the revised traffic <br />data requested to layaut 2A datecf No�em�er 2010, based on MnIDOT forecasted volumes. <br />2— The City requests that MnDOT shaw the beginning and ending points of ihe passible noise wal! <br />on the proposed layout. MnDOT has estimated the constructian cost a� $1,525,OOQ with MnD07 <br />fundrng $1,Q50,Q�0 and the City funding $475,000.
