21. DisPutes. Except in the event where a party seeks immediaie injunctive relief, any <br />dispute airing under this Lease v�ri11 be discussed in �;ood faitti for no more t��at� 15 <br />working days, after which time, either party may pu.rsue any remedies which it may <br />have in law or in equity ir� a State or Federal court having com�etent jurisdiction over <br />Arden Hi�ls, Minnesota and �ocated in Ramsey Co��nty, Minnesata. <br />22.
