Mem�randum. Upon request by either party, the parties agree to promptly execute and <br />deliver a recordable Memorandurn of this Lease in a form acceptabie to both parties, <br />which nr�ay be recorded F�y the party rec�uesting the Mernorandum of Lease. <br />3I. Waiver of Landlard's Lien.
