Valentine Park Improvements ($260,000, 2012) and Playground <br />Replacement ($50,000, 2012) <br />This has been moved from 2011 to 2012 based on the current process of the <br />project. <br />4. Trail Rehabilitation ($50,000 per year) <br />The Public Works department is establishing a Trail Maintenance Program in <br />2011 for Council review. <br />5. West Round Lake Road Trail and County Road D Trail <br />These projects have been moved to unassigned as the PTRC did not recommend <br />putting them in the 2012 -2016 CIP. <br />6. Snelling Ave ($1.7 Million , 2012) <br />Includes a State Aid eligible reclaim/recondition rural section and detached trail. <br />7. Landscaping for the I -694 Corridor ($5,000, 2014) <br />8. TH 10/Hwy 96 Interchange Project ($490,000, 2012) <br />This item is to account for the City cost of the project. <br />9. Co. Rd E Bridge over TH 51 <br />Estimate from Ramsey County based on successful STP application. <br />10. Water Tower repairs <br />Inspection of both water towers in 2012 and funds to paint the towers in 2014 and <br />2016 are now included. <br />11. Gateway Signs <br />Significant increases have been made to this line item as detailed in the document. <br />12. Communications Equipment <br />As our equipment ages we need to have funds identified to replace critical <br />equipment. Upgrades to the Council chambers conference room, bulletin <br />software, internet, and GIS interface, and website redesign are included in this <br />item. <br />13. Public Works Equipment <br />Replacements were added in 2016 of air compressor, one -ton truck, large area <br />mower, replacement trailer. A mini excavator was added for pond maintenance. <br />14.
