ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — June 1, 2011 18 <br />9. Council Comments and Staff Updates (continued) <br />Mayor Grant stated Staff have been working hard for the first five months of this year. The <br />projects that Staff have worked on include the Presbyterian Homes development, the Vikings <br />Stadium proposal, McDonald's redevelopment, the former Holiday Inn site and Northwestern <br />College and other potential uses for this property, Arden Plaza development, the Pulte Group Fox <br />Ridge development, Arden Village development, and Municipal Consent and the appeal process <br />for the I -694 project and Hwy 10 project. He thanked Staff for their hard work with all these <br />projects. <br />City Administrator Klaers stated City Hall has started its summer hours of: Monday thru <br />Thursday 7:30 -5:00 and Friday 7:30 - 11:30. This information is posted on the City's website and <br />at City Hall. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to adiourn.
