Options <br />The findings in this report support approval of the site plan review. If the Planning Commission <br />wishes to recommend denial the findings should be amended to reflect the reasons for the denial. <br />1. Table: Motion to table Planning Case 11 -015 for a Site Plan Review at 3759 New Brighton <br />Road: a specific reason and /or information request should be included with a motion to <br />table. <br />Public Hearing <br />Although a public hearing is not required for a variance or a site plan review, the Commission <br />can allow public comments. <br />Notice <br />Although a site plan review does not require a public hearing, a public meeting notice was <br />prepared by the City and mailed to properties within three - hundred fifty (350) feet of the subject <br />property. <br />Resident Comment <br />The City has not received any comment from residents. <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on June 13, 2011. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by August 12, 2011 (60 <br />days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day review <br />period.
