Options The findings in this report support approval of the site plan review. If the Planning Commission wishes to recommend denial the findings should be amended to reflect the reasons for the denial. 1. Public Hearing Although a public hearing is not required for a variance or a site plan review, the Commission can allow public comments. Notice Although a site plan review does not require a public hearing, a public meeting notice was prepared by the City and mailed to properties within three - hundred fifty (350) feet of the subject property. Resident Comment The City has not received any comment from residents. Deadline for Agency Actions The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on June 13, 2011. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by August 12, 2011 (60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day review period. The City may with the petitioners' consent extend the review period beyond the 120 days.
