City of Arden Hills Chapter 13 Zoning Code <br />exceed two thousand one hundred eig�ty-four (2,184) square feet in <br />flaor area; and, <br />2. The total floor area of accessory structures located in the rear of a <br />principal stnzcture, the total floor area of a�l such accessory structures <br />shall not exceed twenty-five (25} perceni of the minimum required rear <br />yard area for the principal structure; and, <br />3. No nnoare than two (2) accessary structures shall be permitted on a <br />lot priznaxily used �or residenrial uses. <br />B. All Districts.
