C and the interchange to the north at <br />Highway b94- <br />�'he present coz�.cept includes the constxv.ction of (�.} a modzfiec� claverleaf inter- <br />oharige on the Narth side of the RR 'c�acks a� Co�n�y Rd. G, (2} a bridge a,t Lydia <br />(without direct access to T.H. 51�� and� (3} a mor�ified diamond interchange aomplete with <br />aceess at Ham�.ine-OId Snelling.
