After <br />discussion, ihe Councif advised that this schedule must be kept, ar the Speciaf Use Permit is in jeapardy, <br />and wi�f 6e rescinded. <br />Presidenfi �undquist of Bethel Co#lege described plans to imprave fire safety in the student housing buiidings <br />at Bethel, in compliance with suggested changes req�ested by Fire Chief Fischer. �he Co�ncil suggested fihQi• <br />more fire extinguishers be insfialled de�ring the time req�ired to complete tF�e recommended c�anges. <br />Students from Mounds View High School presented plans for a geodesic structure which they propose to <br />construct and iocate 23 feet from �he east side of Mounds View High Schaol �or the proposed use as a recycl� � <br />center. The Councif witl approve the issuance of ti�e Building Perm.ifi for the geodesic structure to Schaof <br />District 62I reserving the right #o inspect fihe building far upkeep and maintenance and to rerriove fike <br />structure if it deterioro�es, �his whale project now rr�ust be presented to the 621 School Board fo� approval. <br />
