ROSEVILLE shall be solely responsible for compensating the assigned <br />Employee(s) engaged in providing technical services under this Agreement, including <br />any overtime wages incurred, as well as any insurance or employee benefits provided <br />under the policies or agreements of ROSEVILLE.
