Discussion ensued on what activities <br />the committee could work on and a date. It was decided to hold the PTRC Park Work Day on <br />October 29. Substitute Chair Peck suggested that Ms. Olson e -mail the members on things that <br />needed to be painted in case someone wanted to volunteer before the weather gets too cold. <br />C. Other New Business <br />Committee Member Messerly indicated he had an item that he would like called to the <br />attention of the Public Works Director. He stated that there used to be a Public Works <br />Committee that handled requests like this. He stated that when the paving for the cul de sac on <br />the south side of County Road E across from Lindey's was done, there was no catch basin <br />installed and this now is creating a gully that is undercutting the curb. Ms. Olson indicated she <br />would have Public Works Director Maurer give him a call to discuss. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />MOTION: Committee Member Petersen moved to adjourn, seconded by Committee Member <br />Garretson. The motion carried unanimously (6 -0). The meeting adjourned at 8:15 <br />p.m. <br />NEXT MEETING <br />The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. <br />
