The joint powers agreement must be approved by the City Council, in order for the City to be an <br /> official member of the user group. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends approving Resolution 2011-056 to reauthorize the Joint Powers Agreement with <br /> the Ramsey County Geographic Information System Users Group through December 31, 2014.
