The memorandutn <br />will document communications with agency staff and design decisions made as a <br />result of permitting requirements. <br />Additional Services <br />Any services not speci�cally provided for in the above scope will be billed as <br />additionat services and performed at our then current hourly rates. Additional <br />services we can provide include, but are not ]imited to, the following: <br />• Permit application preparation <br />• Bridge bond funding application preparation <br />• Roadway design or plans <br />• Storm water management design (other than bridge hydraulics) <br />• Stonn sewer design <br />• Offsite wetland or floodplain mitigation plans <br />• Project manual/front-end specifcations <br />• Bidding or construction phase services <br />• Record drawings and final survey <br />• LOMR preparation and submittal <br />Information Provided By Client <br />We shall be entitled to rely on the completeness and accuracy of all information <br />provided by the Client or the Ctient's consultants including: <br />• Geotechnical investigation report <br />• Existing hydraulic model for channel <br />• Roadway and trail cross-sections <br />Schedule <br />We will provide our services as expeditiously as practicable with the goal of <br />meeting the following scheduie: <br />Contract to Consultant Awarded December 12, 2011 <br />Preliminary Engineering January-March 2012 <br />Submit CLOMR to FEMA for Review March 2032 <br />Final Design and Permit Coordination July-September 2012 <br />
