• Ability to manage City record drawings and assist with asset management. • Ability to prepare Grants for Federal Transportation projects, DNR Trails and others. • Ability to effectively use AutoCad to generate engineering drawings. • Knowledge of Federal Aid process. • Ability to deal with resident calls dealing with engineering issues. • Knowledge of MS4 laws, rules and regulations. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS • Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota or ability to get within six (6) months of employment. • Erosion Control Certification for Design, Installer and/or Site Manager.
