• Ability to manage City record drawings and assist with asset management. <br /> • Ability to prepare Grants for Federal Transportation projects, DNR Trails and <br /> others. <br /> • Ability to effectively use AutoCad to generate engineering drawings. <br /> • Knowledge of Federal Aid process. <br /> • Ability to deal with resident calls dealing with engineering issues. <br /> • Knowledge of MS4 laws, rules and regulations. <br /> CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS <br /> • Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota or ability to get <br /> within six (6) months of employment. <br /> • Erosion Control Certification for Design, Installer and/or Site Manager. <br /> PHYSICAL DEMANDS <br /> The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an <br /> employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
