APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Council member Holden moved and Councilmember Tamble <br /> seconded a motion to approve the agenda as presented. Motion <br /> carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> 2. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> A. Truth-in-Taxation Hearing and Presentation <br /> Mayor Grant opened the public hearing at 7:05 p.m. <br /> Director of Finance and Administrative Services Sue Iverson presented the 2012 Tax Levy <br /> and Proposed Budget. <br /> Mayor Grant stated that he did receive one email from a resident who could not be present.
