ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—DECEMBER 5, 2011 2 <br /> . resident was concerned about the following City projects: the website update, gateway signs. He <br /> also questioned whether Arden Hills pays 100% of the employee health and dental expenses, and <br /> stated that the City Council should think about cutting this back. The resident also requested that <br /> the City Council not"use the scare tactic of cutting police and fire services." <br /> The following residents addressed the council with questions: <br /> Jim Otto, 4352 Arden View Court, stated he has no comments to share but was attending the <br /> meeting for informational purposes. <br /> Mayor Grant closed the public hearing at 7:50 p.m. <br /> Discussion ensued and the Council direction was to reduce the 3.0 percent proposed levy <br /> increase to 2.15%. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Tamble seconded the <br /> motion to adjourn.
