ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETNG—DECEMBER 12, 2011 12 <br /> • Mayor Grant stated: <br /> • Tuesday of this week he had a short CTV interview with Sheriff Bostrom and Mayor Roe <br /> (Roseville) which will be aired over the next month or two. <br /> • He and City Administrator Klaers met with the Mounds View School Board and over the <br /> course of the next month the School Board will decide who their representative will be to <br /> interface with Arden Hills. When they decide,they will make a presentation to the Council. <br /> • It was reassuring to see that Pulte Homes has sold 9 of their 39 lots in the new development on <br /> Highway 96. <br /> • County Road E and Lexington — southwest corner — there are three buildings in a pod which <br /> will be torn down sometime this week for the new drug store. <br /> • He and other Councilmembers are interested in forming a 501(c)3 to help the City with <br /> funding such things as park benches or the City's annual celebration. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to <br /> adjourn. Motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> Mayor Grant adjourned the City Council meeting at 10:44 p.m. <br /> Patrick Klaers David Grant <br /> City Administrator Mayor <br />
