As requested, I am sending you a <br /> summary of the concerns: <br /> • VACANT SPACE—The current plan would leave large areas of the building unoccupied. <br /> Experience shows us that these areas,even when secured, wind up being a magnet for criminal <br /> activity. <br /> • EXTERIOR LIGHTING—The current blueprint does not include a lighting plan. Since proper <br /> lighting plays such an important role in crime prevention this is a major concern. <br /> • BUILDING ACCESS—The current plan does not include any"controlled visitor access" <br /> mechanisms.
