Please contact us <br /> for any clarifications or additional information. We look forward to another successful working relationship with <br /> your office on this important project for Bethel University. <br /> The proposed Wellness Center is to be located between the existing Robertson Center (RC) and Hagstrom <br /> Center(HC) buildings, to the north of the existing building connecting link continuing along the existing north wall <br /> of the RC building. The addition is to be a (4) story structure with ADA access to all levels from the existing HC <br /> elevator (Phase 1) and a new elevator (Phase 2). The existing fire sprinkler system in both the HC and RC <br /> buildings will be completed in association with the Wellness Center project; the new facility will have full fire <br /> suppression. <br /> Phase 1 <br /> Level 1 at this time is being planned as building services and general storage space and is accessed from <br /> level 1 of the existing HC building. Level 1 is completely below grade level. <br /> Levels 2 &3 are planned to house the new Fitness Center components of the Wellness Center: <br /> Level 2 is planned as the main controlled entry to the facility and is accessed from the existing level 2 <br /> connecting link between the HC and RC buildings. It will include reception space, staff offices and testing <br /> lab, communicating stair and platform lift to level 3 as well as the free weight areas. The existing RC <br /> building level 2 cardio and weight rooms will be remodeled into new ADA accessible locker and shower <br /> facilities. The existing RC building level 2 toilet rooms will be remodeled to become ADA compliant. Level <br /> 2 will be partially below grade level. Controlled entry to the facility will be provided through the stair tower <br /> at the northeast corner of the building. <br /> Level 3 is planned as the circuit training and cardiovascular exercise area and is accessed from the <br /> existing level 3 connecting link between the HC and RC buildings, from the existing RC gymnasium as <br /> Minneapolis Chicago Colorado Springs/Denver Des Moines Honolulu Kansas City Los Angeles Modesto <br /> Omaha/Lincoln Orlando Palm Springs Phoenix Portland Riverside Sacramento Seattle Shanghai <br />
