'It <br /> ­A ZEEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011-048 <br /> RESOLUTION DISAPPROVING FINAL LAYOUT OF 3A FOR THE US 10/HWY 96 IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County is proposing to undertake an improvement to US 10 and Highway <br /> 96 and is requesting Municipal Consent approving the layout; <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is concerned about the effects the improvement will have on <br /> adjacent properties and the motoring public: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The City disapproves Final Layout 3A of the US 10/Hwy 96 improvement.
