He noted that as far as the weeds <br /> are concerned, he brought a plant to the Ramsey County Conservation District for testing. The <br /> plant was identified as something that was already in the soil, and it re-sprouted when the site was <br /> prepared. <br /> Mayor Grant stated that candidate filing ends at 5:00 p.m. tomorrow, August 14. He mentioned <br /> that there are two City Council seats open and there are currently two candidate filings.
