In this August 3, 2012 letter, Arden Hills is requested to become an active <br /> member of the Coalition. <br /> Membership in the Coalition was last discussed by the City Council on December 19, <br /> 2011. At that time, the Council consensus was to not rejoin the Coalition. Attached are <br /> the minutes from this December 2011 discussion. <br /> The "5 cities" group (the Mayor and City Administrator/Manager from MV,NB, SV, <br /> RV, and AH) is meeting Monday afternoon and the I-35W Coalition is on the agenda for <br /> discussion. <br />
