Minnesota State Patrol <br /> a. Provides a representative to the State EOC (SEOC) and/or the <br /> RCEOC as requested. <br /> b. Assists in route alerting <br /> c. Provides aircraft, as needed. <br /> d. Assists in selecting primary and alternate evacuation routes. <br /> e. Assists in staffing and providing equipment for access control <br /> points. <br /> 6) Assists in providing security for evacuated area. <br /> 7) Assists in staffing traffic control points during evacuations and <br /> for reentry of the public. <br /> 4. Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) <br /> a. Provides a representative to the SEOC and/or RCEOC as <br /> requested. <br /> b. Provides traffic and access control equipment. <br /> c. Ensures State roads are clear of snow and debris. <br /> d. Assists in impediment removal. <br /> 5. Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) <br /> a. Notifies State parks and boaters of protective actions. <br /> b. Provides incident command for forest, field or swamp fires. <br /> c. Assists in notification and evacuation of waterways. <br /> 6. Minnesota National Guard (request from Mayor of St. Paul for St. Paul <br /> specific call-outs. Request comes from the Sheriff for all other <br /> jurisdictions) <br /> a. Assists with access control and security for evacuated areas <br /> b. Transports emergency supplies <br /> c. Provides damage assessment assistance for public property <br /> d. Provides other resources and support as requested within its <br /> capabilities and as authorized by law. <br /> 26 <br />
