She stated the Minnesota League of Minnesota Cities conference was being held in <br /> Rochester this year and they were accepting registrations at this time. She stated the EDC would <br /> also be meeting next Wednesday. She noted they also had an opportunity to nominate a Business <br /> of the Year and if anyone wanted to nominate a business, contact the City Administrator. She <br /> stated Northwestern College was doing a history session on Nazareth Hall on November 19. <br /> Mr. Filla— Stated they would be adjourning to Closed Session to meet to discuss the appraisal of <br /> the TCAAP property, which was delivered to him this afternoon.
