Attached is the <br /> Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that was approved by the Roseville City Council <br /> on Monday May 21, 2012. The MOU ends the JPA and Roseville's engineering services <br /> on May 31, 2012. Arden Hills will be billed for 5/12ths (696 hours) of a minimum year <br /> of engineering service according to the JPA.
