Since then I've read the Feasibility Report for 2013 Pavement Management Plan that was submitted to <br /> the Council this November. I want to express a concern I have with both Alternatives presented and offer <br /> another option. Either removing the woods or removing the tennis court in order to create adequate rain water <br /> storage would be a problem for the neighborhood. The tennis court has been an asset to our neighborhood over <br /> the many years we have managed it, only recently becoming a City park. Removing the trees and shrubs that act <br /> as a buffer to Snelling Avenue would also be seen by many residents as a blow to the quality of life here. So I <br /> am offering another option for finding adequate rain water storage, one not mentioned in either the Oct 23`d <br /> presentation or the feasibility report. <br /> i <br />
