Agreement PW 2013-02 January 18, 2013 RAMSEY COUNTY COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF ARDEN HILLS Agreement between State Project Number(S.P): 6205-38 the County of Ramsey Trunk Highway Number(T.H.): 10=062 and the City of Arden Hills State Project Number(S.P.): 6205-62071 State Project Number(S.P.): 6205-62072 State Project Number(S.P.): 062-696-026CTB State Project(S.P.): 187-020-014 Federal Project Number: STP-HSIP 6213(007) Reconstruction of Highway 96 and TH 10 Attachments: Exhibit A-Estimated Cost Participation Summary THIS AGREEMENT,by and between the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, a municipal corporation,hereinafter referred to as the "City," and Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota,hereinafter referred to as the "County"; WITNESSETH: WHEREAS,the County has identified a project involving grading,bituminous and concrete surfacing, retaining walls,noise walls,traffic signals, lighting, and bridge No. 62071 and 62072 construction, and other associated construction upon, along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 10 from 650' south of C.S.A.H. 96 to 400' south of Prior Ave. and on C.S.A.H. 96 from I- 35W to 1600' east of T.H. 10, and on Lakeshore Place in the City; and WHEREAS,this segment of Highway 96 and TH 10 has been designated by Minnesota Department of Transportation as eligible for funds from the County State Aid Highway Turnback Account and designated as eligible for a grant of Federal Funds as Federal Project Number STP-HSIP 6213(007); and WHEREAS,this segment of Highway 96 and TH 10 has been designated as State Project Number (S.P.): 187-020-014 and State Project Number(S.P.): 062-696-026 CTB WHEREAS, this subject road segment is located within the City of Arden Hills; and WHEREAS,plans for reconstruction of Highway 96 and TH 10 showing proposed alignment, profiles, grades and cross sections for the improvement of Highway 96 and TH 10, as defined herein have been presented to the City; and Page 1 of 5
