Approved zoning regulations for the TCAAP property that are incorporated into the <br /> City's existing Zoning Code. <br /> 2. Approved revisions to the existing Zoning Code, as they are necessary,to support <br /> development consistent with the TCAAP Master Plan. <br /> 3. Approved amended Zoning Map. <br /> 4. Detailed streetscape layouts by street hierarchy. <br /> 5. A document detailing streetscape guidelines and specifications of selected right-of-way <br /> amenities. <br /> 6. Legal review of proposed regulations and policy documents by the Consultant Team. <br /> 7. Approved regulations and policy documents. <br /> IV. Work Product Requirements and Final Reports <br /> A. Work Product Requirements. All maps shall be provided in pdf format. All shape files <br /> used to create maps shall be provided in the ArcView format. All documents shall be <br /> provided in MS Word or MS Excel. Meeting presentation materials shall be provided in <br /> MS Word, Excel or Powerpoint format. The Consultant Team shall provide content to be <br /> posted on the City's website. <br /> B. Final Reports. Separate final reports shall be submitted for each the AUAR, Master Plan <br /> and Regulations and Policies. Ten (10) printed, bound copies and ten (10) electronic <br /> copies on CD-ROM (which shall not be copy-protected) shall be provided for the final <br /> reports for the AUAR and Master Plan.
