AUAR. The final report for the AUAR will be the adopted AUAR and mitigation plan. <br /> Master Plan. The final report for the Master Plan will include: <br /> 1. A Master Plan map showing land use,transportation, parks &open space, <br /> stormwater, and utilities. <br /> 2. Compilation of deliverables for Tasks 2.1 through 2.7 into one organized <br /> document. <br /> 3. Master Plan Executive Summary. <br /> Regulations and Policies. The final report for the Regulations and Policies will be the <br /> individual, approved, regulation and policy documents. <br /> V. Roles and Expectations <br /> A. City Responsibilities. The City of Arden Hills will mail and post public meeting notices as <br /> required or as determined by the public engagement process. The City will provide <br /> meeting space. <br /> B. Stakeholders and Agencies. Several stakeholders and agencies have a direct interest in <br /> the outcomes of the City's AUAR and Master Plan process. The following stakeholders <br /> and agencies will need to be consulted throughout the process: <br /> • Ramsey County, property owner <br /> • Joint Development Authority, development agency <br /> • MnDOT <br /> • Rice Creek Watershed District <br /> • Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br /> • Metropolitan Council <br /> • Adjacent cities: Mounds View, Shoreview, and New Brighton <br /> • U.S.Army,Army Reserves, National Guard <br /> • Mounds View School District#621 <br /> • Lake Johanna Fire Department <br /> • Ramsey County Sheriff <br /> • Others as may be identified during the study <br /> C. Meetings. The City expects stakeholders and agencies, particularly Ramsey County as <br /> the property owner and the Joint Development Authority as the development agency, <br /> to be solicited for input and be kept informed of the progress of the study. In the <br /> proposal, the Consultant Team will identify the number and schedule of meetings. At a <br /> minimum,the City estimates that the following number of meetings will be necessary. <br /> Meetings may be combined where appropriate, provided that they are clearly identified <br /> as such on the Schedule of Work. The Consultant Team will provide staff memos and <br /> presentation materials for meetings, as necessary. <br /> Protect Kickoff Meeting: <br /> Initial meeting with the project team. <br /> Page 12 of 20 <br />
