APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br /> 2. AGENDA ITEMS <br /> A. Joint Development Authority (JDA) Board Interviews <br /> The City Council met in a special City Council meeting for the purpose of conducting Joint <br /> Development Authority(JDA) interviews. <br /> The interview schedule was as follows: <br /> David Sand 6:05 p.m. <br /> James Ostlund 6:55 p.m. <br /> Clayton Larson 7:45 p.m. <br /> Ed von Holtum 8:35 p.m. <br />
