ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING—FEBRUARY 4, 2013 2 <br /> The last interview concluded at 9:20 p.m., at which time, the City Council discussed the results of <br /> all four interviews. <br /> The consensus among the Council was to appoint David Sand to the Joint Development Authority <br /> at the regular Council meeting on Monday, February 11, 2013. The two Council appointments to <br /> the JDA will also be made at the February 11, 2013, meeting. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Mayor Grant moved and Councilmember Werner seconded a motion to <br /> adjourn.
