ARDEN HILLS EDA MEETING JANUARY 28, 2013 5 <br />City Administrator Klaers <br />indicated this could be discussed at an EDA work session along <br />with the TIF policy. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT:EDA President Grant moved and EDA Commissioner Holmes <br /> <br />seconded a motion to amend the Economic Development Authority <br />2013 Work Plan to include discussion regarding the Carrol <br />property and the TIF policy. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion and amendment carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br /> <br />5.
