No action required. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />The City held the pre-proposal meeting for the TCAAP AUAR, Master Plan, and Regulations & <br />Policies on February 21. In addition to City and County staff, 18 representatives from planning <br />and engineering consulting firms attended. The list of attendees and the responses to questions <br />submitted regarding the request for proposals are posted on t <br /> <br />The first meeting of the Joint Development Authority has been rescheduled for Wednesday, <br />February 27, 2013 at 5:30 pm.
