APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br /> <br />Michael Loosbrock <br />, 4535 Lakeshore Place, expressed concern with the Highway 96/US 10 <br />reconstruction and the power lines along Lakeshore Place. It was his understanding that the <br />power lines along this roadway were being located onto his side of the street in the right-of-way, <br /> <br />
