Mr. Loosbrock stated he composed an email to <br />MnDOT expressing his concern and that there has been no public notification. He requested <br />information on this project be forwarded to the residents. He commented that he would be in <br />favor of the City assisting in planning a neighborhood meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant <br />suggested Mr. Loosbrock leave his name and address with staff and they would <br />follow up regarding this matter. <br /> <br />3.
