Man ufactu ringMarehouse Company <br /> The Staff has been in contact with a Fortune 100 company interested in developing a <br /> 350,000 square foot facility in the Gateway Business District. <br /> 2. Hom Oak and Leather <br /> The Staff has been meeting with Hom Oak and Leather regarding adjustments to their <br /> previous proposals, so as to facilitate the City vision for the GBD and the requirements of <br /> the business. <br /> 3. Arby's/Groceryy Store <br /> After further review by the marketing experts, the Grocery Store has decided not to <br /> precede with locating adjacent to Shannon Square. Staff is now working with Arby's to <br /> facilitate their development process. <br /> 4. Foreign Car Service Facility <br /> The Staff has been in contact with an existing foreign car service business, currently <br /> located in Roseville, who wishes to relocate to Arden Hills at the Northeast corner of <br /> Cleveland Avenue and County Road D. <br /> 5. CPI Guidant <br /> The Staff has submitted to the Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic <br /> Development(DTED) a request on behalf of CPI Guidant for a Economic Recovery Fund <br /> (ERF) grant in the amount of$500,000. CPI Guidant is consolidating its operations into <br /> a portion of the Control Data building at a cost of$14,550,000 to $16,550,000 which <br /> would retain or create 600 manufacturing and 240 professional jobs in Arden Hills. <br /> • <br />
