Manufacturing Company <br /> Staff has been in contact with a manufacturer who wishes to relocate their facilities to the <br /> North Metro Area. The facility is 60,000 square feet of light manufacturing and would <br /> provide 60 jobs. <br /> 2. Office/Manufacturin2 Companies <br /> Staff has been in contact with a Real Estate Broker who has two clients who wish to <br /> locate adjacent to 694. The first client is a 100,000 square feet office use and the second <br /> • is a 70,000 square foot light manufacturing use. <br /> 3. Hom Oak and Leather <br /> Staff is continuing to meet with representatives of Hom Oak and Leather. They continue <br /> to express a desire to locate their prototype corporate office/retail/manufacturing facility <br /> in the Gateway Business District. <br /> 4. Medical Manufacturing Company <br /> Staff has been in contact with a Medical Manufacturing company who wishes to construct <br /> a 200,000 square foot corporate headquarter on 12-20 acres of land. <br /> 5. Arbv's/Grocery Store <br /> Staff continues to work with both uses to accommodate them North of Shannon Square. <br /> The final market analysis on the Grocery Store is anticipated in the next Seven (7) to <br /> Ten (10) days. <br /> KR\jt <br /> • <br /> • <br />
