In <br /> anticipation of having a full contingent of members in March, it would seem appropriate to start <br /> gearing up for producing the marketing brochure. To that end, the Staff is attaching to this <br /> memorandum some background information to initiate the discussion on the marketing brochure <br /> (Exhibit A). <br /> If the City Council appoints the three people who have currently expressed an interest on serving <br /> on the EDC to the EDC, then the EDC should be prepared to initiate the marketing brochure <br /> process at the March 20, 1996 meeting. <br /> e <br /> • <br />
