,It <br /> �-ARDEN HILLS <br /> Approved: April 29, 2013 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> FEBRUARY 25, 2013 <br /> 7:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the regular City <br /> Council meeting at 7:01 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Fran Holmes, Dave <br /> McClung, and Ed Werner <br /> Absent: None <br /> Also present: City Administrator Patrick Klaers; Community Development Director Jill <br /> Hutmacher; and Deputy Clerk Amy Dietl <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br /> 2. PUBLIC INQUIRIESANFORMATIONAL <br /> Terence Dragich, 1838 Beckman Avenue, stated that he had an anomaly in his utility bill in late <br /> September 2012 and into early October 2012. He noted that his water usage chart showed a solid <br /> black line (indicating consistent usage) during that time period, yet he reported being out of the <br /> country at that time. He stated that no one else lives in the home, and that he shut the main water <br /> supply off before going on vacation. He reported that he has had his water meter reader tested, <br /> but the results did not indicate that there were any problems with the equipment. <br /> Councilmember Holden asked if Mr. Dragich was present to appeal his utility bill. <br /> Mr. Dragich stated that he is appealing the bill and wanted to make the Council aware of <br /> anomalies in water meter readings. <br />
