ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—FEBRUARY 25, 2013 3 <br /> minutes and the January 22, 2013, City Council work session minutes as <br /> presented. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> 5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br /> B. Motion to Approve the Eureka Recycling Contract Renewal <br /> C. Motion to Approve the Safety Committee Policy <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br /> execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br /> 6. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> None. <br /> 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None. <br /> 8. NEW BUSINESS <br /> None. <br /> 9. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> None. <br /> 10. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember McClung reminded everyone that Ramsey County's Friends of the Parks is <br /> offering presales of good, quality trees. He indicated that people may purchase trees for their own <br /> yards or donate trees to the City. He stated that more information is available via brochures at <br /> City Hall or by visiting their website at www.FriendsoftheParks.ora . He noted that the tree sale <br /> ends on Friday, April 19. <br /> Councilmember Werner noted that MnDOT is holding an open house on Wednesday, March 6 <br /> from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the Fridley Community Center to discuss I-694 improvement plans. <br /> Councilmember Holden stated that in regard to the Ramsey County Friends of the Park tree sale, <br /> City staff will update the City's website with information about the City's tree needs should <br /> anyone be interested in purchasing and donating trees to the City. <br /> Councilmember Holmes stated that at last week's work session, discussion took place regarding <br /> the Highway 10 and County Road 96 construction project.
