This parcel is split by the Arden Hills/Roseville border; however the entire street frontage <br />is in Roseville. There is no street construction with the 2013 PMP in front of the parcel. <br />This parcel was not included in the 2013 PMP Assessment Roll. <br />Staff recommendation is to exclude this parcel from the 2013 PMP Assessment Roll. <br /> <br /> <br />3.Parcel C (3121 Ridgewood Road) <br />This parcel is split by the Arden Hills/Roseville border with frontage in both cities. The <br />Roseville frontage is 29.62 feet and the Arden Hills frontage is 70.35 feet. In 2008, the <br />parcel was assessed $673.81 for the Roseville street improvement; however the 2008 <br />Roseville project constructed the street entirely across this parcel so there is no street <br />construction with the 2013 PMP in front of this parcel. This parcel was included in the <br />2013 PMP Assessment Roll at the full amount of $4,451.24. <br />Staff recommendation is to remove this parcel from the Assessment Roll due to the <br />fact that there is no construction with the 2013 PMP in front of it. <br /> <br /> <br />4.Parcel D (3128 Ridgewood Road) <br />This parcel is split by the Arden Hills/Roseville border; however its street frontage is <br />entirely in Arden Hills. This parcel did not receive an assessment for the 2008 Roseville <br />street improvement nor was there any street construction from that 2008 project in front <br />of this parcel. This parcel was included in the 2013 PMP Assessment Roll at the full <br />amount of $4,451.24. <br />Staff recommendation is to leave this parcel in the assessment roll at the full amount <br />of $4,451.24. <br /> <br /> <br />5.Parcel E (3130 Ridgewood Road) <br />This parcel is split by the Arden Hills/Roseville border; however its street frontage is <br />entirely in Arden Hills. This parcel did not receive an assessment for the 2008 Roseville <br />street improvement nor was there any street construction from that 2008 project in front <br />of this parcel. This parcel was included in the 2013 PMP Assessment Roll at the full <br />amount of $4,451.24. <br />Staff recommendation is to leave this parcel in the assessment roll at the full amount <br />of $4,451.24. <br /> <br />The full detailed assessment roll as mailed to each of the property owners is attached. <br /> <br />To date, no formal objections have been submitted in writing to City staff. Any written objection <br />received prior to Monday evening will be provided to the City Council at the assessment hearing. <br /> <br />As provided for in State Statute, no appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assessment <br />adopted unless a written objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with the City at <br />or prior to the assessment hearing.
