<br />Bids were opened Tuesday Aril 2, 2013. There were a total of five bids received. The bids <br />their total bid: <br /> <br />North Valley, Inc $723,366.70 <br />T.A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc $726,966.97 <br />Hardrives, Inc. $756,010.84 <br />Omann Brothers Paving, Inc $767,587.69 <br />Midwest Asphalt Corp. $910,190.00 <br /> <br />The lowest bid was submitted by North Valley, Inc., who has successfully completed similar <br />projects in the past. The detailed breakdown of their bid with overhead for each component of <br />the project was presented earlier in this memo. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />The Council should hold the Assessment Hearing first. Staff is prepared to make a presentation <br />with a full discussion of the unique parcels discussed previously in this memo. After the <br />Assessment Hearing is closed Council should consider adopting Resolution 2013-020 Adopting <br />the Assessment Roll for the 2013 Pavement Management Program with an changes they deem <br />appropriate.
