<br />Everything DiSC Workplace is a simple yet powerful tool providing insights into our <br />behaviors when approaching problems, making decisions and influencing others in our <br />daily work. The resulting report contains multiple strategies for leveraging the strengths <br />of our styles while minimizing the potential blind spots that tend to get in our way. <br /> <br />The plan for the May 20th work session is for the first part of the meeting to be spent with the <br />Council and Staff Directors. The last part of the work session will just be with the Council and <br />me. This work session on May 20th should be a lot of fun and a fabulous learning experience. <br /> <br />A follow up to the training session will be scheduled for the July 15th work session when <br />everyone can attend.
