APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (4-0). <br /> 2. PUBLIC INQUIRIESANFORMATIONAL <br /> None. <br /> 3. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> A. TCAAP Update <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher stated the congressional oversight committee <br /> and the General Services Administration have approved the County's Amended Offer to Purchase. <br /> The County is working to finalize and assemble closing documents, and the MPCA is reviewing <br /> the County's request for a No Association Determination. Closing is expected to occur in mid- <br /> April. Onsite building demolition may begin before the end of April. <br />
