ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—APRIL 8, 2013 2 <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher explained the Joint Development Authority <br /> (JDA) met on April 1 and approved contracts for a financial consultant and attorney. The draft <br /> bylaws were reviewed and will be revised according to Commissioner comments and will be <br /> brought back for consideration at the next JDA meeting scheduled for May 6, 2013, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> B. Transportation Update <br /> Public Works Director Maurer stated Shafer Construction will be closing the intersection of US <br /> Highway 10 and Highway 96 next Monday and these roadways will remain closed through mid- <br /> November. He noted County Road F and Hamline will be signalized as part of the I-694 project. <br /> Staff explained the County will be monitoring the intersection until the signal is in place. <br /> Mayor Grant requested staff speak with the Mounds View High School to make them aware of <br /> the upcoming road closures. <br /> 4.
