<br />CONSENT ITEM <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br />July 29, 2013 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: <br />Matthew Bachler, Community Development Intern <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Planning Case #13-003 <br /> Applicant: <br />Roberts Management Group <br />Property Location: <br /> 3833 Lexington Avenue <br />Subject: <br /> Lexington Station Development Agreement Approval <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Motion to approve the Development Agreement for the PUD Master Plan and Phase I Final Plan <br />regarding the Lexington Station redevelopment at 3833 Lexington Avenue based on the July 8, <br />2013, City Council approval of Planning Case 13-003. <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />On July 8, 2013, the City Council approved Planning Case 13-003 for a 7.6 acre, multi-phased <br />mixed retail-office redevelopment project at the southwest corner of Red Fox Road and <br />Lexington Avenue. The Council added two conditions of approval at the meeting: <br /> <br /> <br />1.The applicant shall construct the entire length of sidewalk along Red Fox Road as shown <br /> <br />in the Master PUD Site Plan during Phase I of the project. <br /> <br />2.The applicant shall include a minimum of four planters or planting areas on the east side <br />of the Phase I building.
