<br />The applicant has submitted a revised landscaping plan for Phase I that includes 25.5 additional <br />caliper inches of tree plantings on the site and four planters on the east side of the Phase I <br />building (Attachment A). <br /> <br />City Staff and the City Attorney have prepared a development agreement that addresses the <br />conditions of approval (Attachment B).
