Their proposal will add twelve (12) parking spaces along County Road E and four <br />(4) spaces in the rear lot within the securityfence. <br />There are two other planning cases that are associated with this property.In 1969,Planning <br />Case #69-023 approved two variances that allowed a maximum building coverage to increase <br />from forty percent (40%) to forty-seven percent (47%) and a rear yard setback reduction <br />from twenty (20) feet to eighteen (18) feet.
