Several of the decals are simply plain white as well. The applicant has <br />expressed an interest in including photographs of sites and landmarks in Arden Hills. Staff <br />believes appropriate images could be selected from the archive of photographs that were taken in <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Planning Commission Review and Public Hearing <br /> <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the proposed amendment at their July 10, 2013, regular <br />meeting. This meeting also included a public hearing. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission offers the following findings of fact: <br /> <br /> <br />1.The Walgreens building was approved by the City on July 13, 2009 as part of Phase One <br />of the Arden Plaza Redevelopment Proposal in Planning Case 09-011. <br /> <br />2.The original Planned Unit Development was approved for 99 square feet of wall signage <br />on the property. <br /> <br />3.An amendment to the PUD permit is required for additional wall signage. <br /> <br />4.The applicant is proposing 57.4 square feet of additional wall signage for the property. <br /> <br />5.The applicant is proposing to install 225 square feet of window decals on the north <br />building façade. <br /> <br />6.The proposed PUD Amendment is in considerable conformance with the requirements of <br /> <br /> <br />7.The proposed PUD Amendment is in conforma <br />Zoning Code. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />City Council Meeting for September 9, 2013 <br /> <br />35 <br />Page of <br />
