ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL JULY 8, 2013 3 <br /> <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher <br /> stated that in addition to the public events <br />described above, the City Council will hold a public hearing on TCAAP at the first Council <br />meeting of every month. Residents are invited to attend the public hearings to offer their thoughts <br />and opinions on TCAAP development. <br /> <br /> <br />C.Transportation Update <br /> <br /> <br />City Administrator Klaers <br />reported that the weather has been cooperating as of late and that the <br />County Road 96 project continues to move forward. He noted that Big Ten Tavern and Scherer <br />Brothers will remain open throughout the entire construction season. <br /> <br /> <br />D. Night to Unite 2013 Proclamation <br /> <br />Deputy Clerk Dietl <br />stated that the Minnesota Crime Prevention Association along with AAA of <br />Minnesota and Iowa is sponsoring a nationwide crime prevention program. She requested that the <br />Events will take <br />place from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. and additional information i <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Werner seconded a <br />motion to accept a proclamation declaring August 6, 2013, <br />in Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
